「This was a fairly brand new hotel that just opened recently in Steamboat Springs. It’s in a great area where you see the ski resorts from the pool/hot tubs and in front more mountains plus the Yampa River across the street. City Market, Safeway, Starbucks, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, dominos were all a walk away. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were great. There was a lot going on and the hotel was packed but you wouldn’t have known because it was super quiet...

「Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.」

「The hotel is like a 1 bedroom apartment, convenient for families. There is a family of bears that like to hang out at the back of the trees by the hotel! This was very special to us.」

「They property was run down, smells and is dirty. The rooms are dirty and furniture is loose and falling apart. Doors unsealed and water goes from warm to cold. Outside is broken cement everywhere paint chipping off building. Pictures are a lie.」

「Have always looked forward to staying at the LaQuinta's as the consistency of the experience is aways predictable and what degree of great. Not so much this time. Front desk people seemed so bored and unconcerned about life. As I always do upon reserving any hotel room is ask for 1st floor or close to the elevator.
