「A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. 」

「It certainly has a wow factor with the tallest windows and ceilings I've seen in a small residential property. The fixtures, fittings and appliances are all high quality, (sadly lacking any manuals).
Best to use what three words to locate it as the sat nav on postcode takes you to the wrong side of a wall, albeit very close to the front door.
You do get some road noise from the main road due to the vented double glazing but this dies down at night so isn't an issue. All in all a great rental....
