Very clean, comfy bed, the only downside was the shower wasn't as warm as I would have liked, that was my only gripe. Would definitely consider going back should I ever find myself in Roosendaal again.

The hotel is undergoing a full refurbishment but even the older rooms are of a good standard. Friendly, helpful staff. Car parking is across the road at the station but the daily rate is acceptable. Handy for the rail station. 10 minutes walk into the centre of town. I will use this place again.

Would not recommend this hotel unfortunately

Staff at the hotel are brilliant and very friendly. The hotel itself needs some addressing. The heating is only controlled by radiators so difficult to get the room to a decent temperature. This was a big issue with a small baby and the first night we were freezing in the room. The bathroom whilst modern had no door between the bathroom, toilet and bedroom so no privacy using the bathroom or toilet. The shower only goes to warm temperatures and does not get very hot despite turning this to max heat. The curtains were falling off the rails in the rooms. On our last night there was loud music playing until 3am and then fighting and loud shouting and noise coming from the floor above. The hotel did not seem to do anything about this and it kept us awake and our small baby disturbed and distressed all night. The corridors in the hotel also smelt very fusty and smelly. Unfortunately would not recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing comfortable break.

Average. Room was a bit outdated but clean, ok. Restaurant only serving breakfast, no dinner service, bar opentill late. Front door closed all the time, only opens if called intercom. No one at the front desk most of the time.

Room was clean. Despite a room safe being advertised no safe was available. The breakfast at 15 Euro extra was deplorable ! (avoid the scrambled egg) A complete rip-off and of very poor quality. I booked a TWIN room but received a double. Tea/coffee provided but of poor quality. Vending machines at reception offered a poor choice.

We arrived at the hotel early and had messaged them beforehand — they told us there would be a place to leave our luggage. The initial welcome was nice; they placed our suitcases in a room behind the reception. However, when we returned from the city, we found a white, lime-like substance all over our bags, and one of the suitcases was cracked. The staff member quickly tried to clean them, but the damage had already been done. When we got to our room, the air conditioner wasn’t working. A staff member came to check, but couldn’t fix it. We asked for another room, but they said only one with two single beds was available. We didn’t accept it and had to stay in the room without air conditioning. The next morning, we wanted to report the issue at check-out, but there was no one at the reception. There was just a box to leave the room key. After this experience, I don’t think I would stay here again. If you’re considering booking, think twice.

Kamer was schoon en keurig . Alleen geen bekers of kopjes. Doucheophanging was al kaput, zonde alles is pas nieuw ,De koelkast was ook leeg.En de bar was om 21.00 uur al gesloten. Sardine medewerkers.
