“Loved being in this classic neighborhood near the St. John Cathedral and Manito Park. It was very convenient for getting on/off 1-90.”

“The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again.”

“Our group of 3 adults visited Spokane for a medical procedure. The apartment is a safe, clean, comfortable space with 2 separate bedrooms (including flat screen tv's) and a pull out sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen! It's located downtown so expect some city noise. Easy access to Riverfront Park, shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Price is great!”

It wasn’t a fancy, new home but it made up for it with lots of special touches: a bottle of wine, snacks, bottled water and creamer in the fridge, toys and dishes for the dog, plenty of towels and toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home. The owner was very responsive.”

“It’s one of the least expensive rentals I could find, so in that context it was as expected. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel at this price point you are the one with wrong expectations. Little things (clean dishes left in dishwasher, coffee pot half full, no curtain on master bedroom door, and obvious road noise (duh, its next to the freeway)) but it was clean sheets and safe which is all I pretty much ask for when spending this amount per night. Add that to the Host was fantastic in……

“The house is great! It was very well stocked for a big family. They had a pack and play, a baby booster, baby gates, extra table and chairs, etc. Jeff, the property manager was extremely communicative and got back to us if there was anything else we needed like more towels or paper towels, hand soap, etc. The neighborhood felt nice and safe and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!”

“The hotel is clean, quiet and in a great area for walking to shops, food and attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The only issues we had was upon arrival was the dispenser for body soap in the shower was empty and there was only decaf coffee pods available for keurig in room. Both were quickly fixed by the amazing staff. Would definitely stay here again.”
