“Exactly as described. Don was very welcoming. This listing is a nice and quiet location. It worked out perfect as a last minute option to accommodate my family during our three day stay. We only need a place to sleep so it worked out perfect. I would suggest bringing inside slippers, they do provide them if needed. ”

“Overall the entire experience was excellent.The property is EXCELLENT, especially if you have a large family group that would include children (we did not, but we act like kids). The multiple "houses" where people can stay, the indoor pool, and the game room really make this place stand out. Check in instructions and directions were super clear and easy to follow. Sam is very responsive. Overall could not ask for better.”

“The house was very accommodating for our family with an open space, kitchen, and nice kitchen counter space and all utensils needed for breakfast. Our mom is disabled so the downstairs bedroom privacy and en suite bath was a total plus for us in accommodating Mom. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. And convenient stores nearby for groceries, etc. Nikki was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely choose to stay at her place again.”

Only thing I’d have to say is the neighbors were having an argument that was loud enough to hear from across the street that made it hard to relax outside. Tho this is totally out of the host’s control and probably not a reoccurring event, they are great host and it’s a cozy place to stay. There was no a/c that I was aware of so it does get a bit toasty during the summer months but they do provide a box fan which helped keep us more comfortable at……
