「old facility, no guest laundry」

「The room was a good size and very comfortable for 4. The front desk staff was not overly helpful. Elevators are a bit of a hassle. One of our party was stuck in the elevator and the staff were condescending even though the person was clearly panicked. Our room was not cleaned as scheduled which was disappointing. Overall not a bad stay the customer service was a little lacking. 」

「Hotel was a nice modern hotel with a large bar and games in lobby. The beds were comfortable, but the layout of the bathroom area was a bit awkward. The toilet was so loud when flushed and everything echoed. No privacy. It would have been fine if travelling alone but with a family, it was a bit uncomfortable. Valet service available but some street parking available as well. 」

「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」

「Very nice in all ways. I need extra pillows to help my aching back, and they provided them, so I got a great night's sleep.」

「I finally found someone in the Thai restaurant who knew where the front entrance was. It is immediately adjacent to the highway. Despite that, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. No surprises.」
