“Derek's property was perfect for our winter family reunion. We had two generations with kids ranging in age from 1 up to 16 years old. Needless to say, the game room and bunk rooms were a huge hit. We also enjoyed the large well-stocked kitchen for communal meals as well as the hottub. “This home was beautiful! Nestled within Suncadia, this was the perfect place for some much needed R&R! Walking distance to the lodge, the winery, the restaurant and the rec center. Although the house was kind of cold it was well equipped with heaters which made it nice and cozy. Can’t wait to go back!”

“The property was super nice, and clean. Music was playing as we entered. That was a nice touch! The communication and reposiveness was fantastic even with a couple minor issues. One of which... the AC was not working. They sent out a tech right away who found the problem and fixed it quickly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the property and would certainly consider coming back. 😀”

“We enjoyed our stay in this nicely updated cabin. The area is a nice quiet location with the neighbors spread out in the woods on large lots. The basement with all the games was a lot of fun for the kids; it is a little awkward that you have to go outside to get to it but not a huge hassle. “The house is beautiful, very clean and well stocked! We had a fun stay and our dog enjoyed the dog treats!! Do be careful if you have any mobility problems, the hot tub was very hard to get into. But the host was very accommodating and supplied a step stool. Overall we had a wonderful experience!”
