"My key card did not work initially, and the clerk reassigned me to a room which was used for storage and was not useable. The key card to the original room was eventually corrected and that room was OK. "

We also really appreciate the attention to detail that you took the special requests and you being quick attentive hosts - it was amazing! We are so happy that we were able to stay here over Valentine's Day weekend. It was wonderful, and made our trip that much better. We would highly recommend to others. A nice bonus is that it was steps away from the Lake trail path, even in winter it was a lovely outdoor stroll. Thanks again!"
