“For a hotel that was advertised on the Colorado Marathon webpage as a partner hotel, advertised with early breakfast available from 3:30am, then kitchen was not open till 6:30am. In addition the hotel booked a gala in the lobby on the same night which was very noisy until 11pm when all the marathon runners needed an early nights sleep.”

“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. Shower was small but great water pressure and bathroom was roomy enough for getting ready. There was a nice walk-in closet to hang your clothes. It did have a……

“Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast”

“Decent best western property, but overall not one I would go back to. I travel with the fair amount of equipment and there isn’t an elevator there. Also, the pictures of the gym are not the actual gym that you will get. I don’t need a fancy gym, but some of the equipment was literally bought from Walmart. For sure the person that bought their elliptical has never used an elliptical. It was worthless. Staff was very nice though and the location is decent.”

“The location is prime for me when I need to stay away from the crowd. Just recently this property has been remodeled and updated. The rooms are very nice and come with a microwave and an small refrigerator. For the price of the room this is exceptional. The front desk staff and housekeeping are wonderful. The only negative I have to say is that the breakfast can be one note. However, I am very grateful that it is provided. It is "always" delicious and plentiful. It was not always offered. So……

“The definition of a sketchy hotel. Old, dirty and unsafe. Car alarms going off ALL night. Lots of unhoused individuals with erratic behavior. Believe the other bad reviews and don’t do it.”

“ We have stay at this property a couple of times with no problems. However not this stay. This time we got our room as we specifically asked the clerk at the front desk about getting a room close to the hot tub. So she did give us a room on the first floor close to the hot tub. Well we got into the room and that is the LOWEST bed I have ever sleep in. I told my husband it’s pretty sad when your couch is higher than the bed. Well we went down to the hot tub and we were the only ones there. My……

“Our room was not replenished, so I could not make coffee in the morning When I went down for coffee in the lobby, it was lukewarm. There was not enough hot water to make a tea. The men's bathroom was out of toilet paper in the morning, as well. ”
