「Friendly staff and helpful—-room was clean and tidy which is the number one thing we look for when staying at a hotel. The hotel overall was clean and quiet which is what we were looking for. 「My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!」
