Modern comfortable condo with porcelain tile flooring,
ceiling fans in the bedroom (w/remote), living room and dining room. Make tea or coffee with your breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen with new quartz counters, new stainless steel appliances and marble windowsills. Open the blinds and let the sun in through the private lanai while you watch the news on the large TV with local antenna channels and private, secure Roku with guest mode and internet. Next take a dip in the heated pool or the newer Olympic pool and chat with friendly people, or grab the two gravity chairs on the lanai and head out to one of the near by beaches, lay in the sun on the lanai, go play tennis, pickle ball or tennis, ride the bike on the local trails, go kayaking or play a round of golf on one of many local courses. For dinner, visit one of the many restaurants in the area or you are welcome to use the gas grill outside in the community. Enjoy resting, playing one of the games provided or relax in the cutest tropical courtyard for our building. These are 2 story buildings that are super quiet and is NOT an age restricted community, (but there are not usually younger children.) The condo was thoughtful chosen as it is on the 2nd floor so you can enjoy the fresh air without anyone seeing in your window and no noise above your head. Plans to convert to a walk-in shower in the near future and open the kitchen to add a breakfast bar. The association does require a simple 1 time only application with a background check which is $150 and a 30 day window to complete the process. Video available upon request. 2 week min stay.
