Beautiful home.

It was a wonderful stay in Florida. The house was close enough to beaches and shopping for us. The house was lovely and the pool and hot tub were used a lot! Overall, it was a great experience!

Great house!

Wonderful house for 2-3 couples. Beautiful pool, comfortable furniture, and nicely stocked with everything you need. Could use a better air conditioning system.

Great rental, clean with all the little things you could ask for.

Beautiful, Clean, pool area was special with outside TV and surround sound, great chairs, table and loungers. The pool was warm and the water fall was soothing.

I'm confused

The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was warm. What was the problem you ask. It was just a different place to stay. There was a room that had two sets of bunk beds that was locked. There were more bikes in the garage than towels in the house. I'm just not sure how I feel about it. Not bad, just different

Family visit

This is a great property, better than expected. My family and I really enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool, spa and exterior speakers. The house included everything you need. Very comfortable and quiet.

Rotonda West July 2020

Beautiful, clean home that was very enjoyable for all of us to stay in. There were plenty of items in the kitchen to use for cooking as well as a garage full of things for a great day on the beach. The pool area/lani with hot tub was even better than the pics! We had one hiccup upon arrival and another during the stay with the grill but both were very promptly taken care of by the rental and property managers. The house has a very nice sound system for indoor/outdoor enjoyment and everything is well labeled. There are quite a few remotes so we did feel there was a bit of a learning curve to run everything but once we figured it out we were good to go! Another big plus was the numerous bikes for us to use. We were all able to find a bike that suit us for the couple of rides around the area, which is very quiet and peaceful. Overall, I'd recommend staying here as well as using Happy Hibiscus :)

Perfect for a family

This property was clean well laid out. All amenities you needed. Lovely pool and hot tub. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, life vests, coolers, and a kids wagon everything you need for the beach was there. Also bicycles for kids and adults. T.V in every room also great sound system out on the pool deck. This property is taking care of by a rental company and I had a couple small issues they were there to correct in half an hour great service. We had a lovely vacation.
