Lovely stay

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Felt secure in this hotel, especially with the code access. Lockers to hold bags is a good touch. Only thing that I would’ve hoped for is a WC in the reception for those that haven’t checked in yet.

The hotel itself is lovely, but my ground floor room was a big letdown. Constant street noise and guests smoking right outside the window made it impossible to open the windows or curtains. On top of that, the front desk staff were arrogant. The shower taps were broken. Disappointing overall.

The hotel was not as convenient as thought. In fact, it was a distance fm the main train station. The tram stop was right in front of the hotel but we waited a bit too long for the tram n the return tram stop was not so near n easy to the hotel. Our room didnt hv a sheltered walkway so we were exposed when it rained.

The location was very convenient, with a tram stop right in front and restaurants and bakeries around. The room was clean and in good condition. I just had a challenge with my door code, but the staff were able to find a solution. The luggage storage lockers were also convenient and easy to use.

A perfectly nice place to stay especially for the location, but lacking the warmth and service of a traditional hotel. No key(cards), no phone to contact reception, Tv is only for streaming from your own device and it does not allow volume control. Just as the heat/airconditioning cannot be controlled and the window will only tilt slightly, they do not open. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, but without any of the fun of less sober accommodation.

At checkin no explanation of what the property amenities are, I figured it out later. They need to hire better customer service centric staff. The aircon wasn't working because the window was not closing properly. We asked for the air con to be sorted afyer the first night and returned to a room with the window left wide open. After complaining this was sorted. It also wasn't very accessible as there are steps up to the property and the stair lift didn't cover them all or work consistently.

周辺にレストランも多く、最寄りのメトロの駅までのアクセスもよい好立地でした。スタッフの方も親切に対応してくれました。 もし部屋に小型の冷蔵庫があると、スーパーで買ったものなどを冷やしておけるので非常に良いのですが、オランダの気候的にはあまり標準ではないのかもしれませんね。 全体としては非常に満足でした。
