「Lovely space, relaxing and very little traffic in the neighborhood. We enjoyed being so close to the park trail system and downtown Spearfish. Great kitchen which we used to prepare some lovely meals. Also great for my husband who is an avid bird watcher. Our little dog loved the fenced in yard.」

「This was one of the best properties we have stayed at! The layout, decor, cleanliness, paper products, linens and fully stocked kitchen utensils and dishes puts this gem in our top 3! 「It was really cool to experience granny flatts from the show Building outside the Lines. Chappie and sprout built some really unconventional features from the treehouse over the stream to the COB building and the rocket ship to name a few. The rental itself is an older structure but it is well maintained and we had no problems whatsoever. our two dogs loved the chickens and the enclosed area. It was a unique experience that we all enjoyed.」

「When I arrived at the property the outside grounds looked un kept tall grass n weeds abandoned...thought oh no...went inside and was very please with the inside de or and clean...just one problem ...there are no blinds or curtains on any of the windows especially the bedrooms...freaky felt alittle scared no privacy andpriprpriprivacyprivacy...alnd 」

「Lots of room. Very clean. Owners gladly helped with tv/dvd issues. We will definitely be back!!!」

「It was very clean! The beds were comfortable, and everything was the way it was supposed to be. It was a little tricky finding the proper door, but did eventually do that. The only thing I would change, is that there is a camera on the deck that beeps about every 10 seconds if you are on the deck, but other than that it was a great stay!」

「Beautifully renovated building with tasteful touches. We had all the amenities we needed. Support from the host was perfect, responsive and thorough and the price for a family of 10 was extremely affordable. We came for a family members wedding in Spearfish and were able to have our own mini “family reunion” as well. 」

「Overall the house was great. After driving 13 hours it was nice to be able to relax in the hot tub and then turn in on a pretty decent bed. We visited at the end of March so the temps outside varied a lot so there wasn't much time spent outside on the property other than getting into the hot tub. The only thing I would say was a negative is that the dishwasher wasn't working. I didn't want to spend time doing dishes but sadly we had to. I am hoping that the hosts will have the problem fixed for...
