“I felt very comfortable at this cottage. My wife and I enjoyed the kitchen and walk in closet. Laundry on site! There were dishes and pots and pans. A microwave and full size oven and refrigerator. It was very clean and it suited our needs perfectly!”

“This property is fabulous! It’s a historic building, in a fantastic location, close to everything in downtown Durham. It’s also only a half mile away from Duke’s east campus. The third floor unit is very spacious. It overlooks a courtyard, so no nosy neighbors looking in though the massive windows. As they state in the description, it IS an old warehouse space with a loft feel, so some noise does travel through the hallways. However, we were never disturbed by ANY excessive noise.
