"Great overall "

"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling so long, waiting 10mins (litterally) for the shower to heat! Very inconvenient."

"Modern and clean. Comfortable beds. It backs on to the railway so you get some noise and vibration transmitted. Only one a/c unit downstairs so was a bit hard to cool down the bedrooms upstairs. "

"We stayed for three days and it was just what we needed. The owner did as much as she could for us and was always . The room was clean and the cooking facilities were adequate."

"Amar, the host was very welcoming and friendly as well as very helpful. The accomodation was very clean and very comfortable. Its set in a really pretty part of wattle downs with nice walks and waterways to admire.the accomadation had everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. "

"Loads of space and storage, heaps of parking. Beds were comfortable and room clean.Not quite enough towels, tea towel etc. a few towels were old with holes and stains.Only 1 Tv in the lounge and the TV Picture was bad.Hole in the floor covered with MattAnts over run in the bathroom, had to clean it after every shower, they cleared up after we sprayed on the 2nd day.Great size house for large group but the everything is dated and in average condition. It does have a beautifully renovated bathroom ruined by colony of ants that live in there.Laundry facilities were fabulous, modern washer and dryer. Kitchen was good, nice big fridge and freezer."
