We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. 「Kingslodge Inn is a lovely English country inn conveniently located near Durham train station and bus station. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bar & restaurant offer great good in a cozy environment. Just note that there isn't an elevator; I had to carry my big suitcase one floor up.」
