“Nice place, poor service at bar. I didn’t even know there was a dining area, poorly marked”

“Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check……

“The hotel was beautifully, warm exquisite decor. Going up to the hotel, which seems to be surrounded by a housing estate, you really are not expecting such a delightful place. Had the weather been better we would have appreciated the well maintained gardens more, wonderfully lit up at night. The wide range of drinks at the bar was inviting.
