"Staffs are the best. They ready to help and solve every problem. However, bathrooms and change rooms are separated. So, it is inconvenient. You can use washer and dryer if you stay at least 3 nights and the cost is $20. "

"The stay was enjoyable, staff were helpful, the room was comfortable. Elevators were a little small/crowded but that comes with the age of the building. Built in 1914 as the The Dominion Bank headquarters which also means the hotel has some very nice architectural elements. We stayed in the lower floors which is original building. "

"Room was not really the cleanest i’ve been in. There were hand prints on the windows where people had clearly been busy, crumbs on the nightstand, and someone’s left over food in the fridge. The rest of the room was what appeared to be pretty clean."

"The staff were very helpful. The room was great, but it was very cold and that made us uncomfortable. We couldn’t seem to adjust the heat . It blew cold air at us a lot."
