“We had such a lovely stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and hard working. The woman at the front desk upon check-in was very helpful with our need for handicapped access. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and the breakfast attendants kept everything filled and so clean. Overall a great experience”

“I have no complaints other than wifi was free only to Omni members. In today’s world, I have had free wifi in all of the places I have stayed. The biggest plus was its location… the walking mall was steps away.”

“Although the rooms were barebones; they were clean. As far as I am concerned, the room was perfect in terms of what I was looking for. A comfortable bed, basic cable TV, and, good working bathroom facilities. Hard pressed I would only say that I wish I could have completely darkened the room at night as the outside lights were a bit annoying. ”

“The check-in was great. However, after 2 hours of requesting soap so I could make the tours we booked, I had to go downstairs and and ask a third time. They did go get the soap filled then. The breakfast is cold if you wait past the 7:00 start time.”

“From the staff at the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was great. Everything from the room to the area outside, everything was very clean. The only issue was the central heat and air. It was very loud, like a tractor trailer was outside our room. ”
