"The stay was excellent and so was the service. For the hotel, you could notice minor damage in the room and the hot water for the shower wasn't consistently hot enough for me. Not the best seasoned food but it's what you would expect when a hotel is trying to make everyone happy. It was good, all you can eat and you could take food back to your room. Otherwise it was amazing. "

"I liked the property, the room and the beds. I had a very good and comfortable sleep. The hotel would have been perfect if there had been any hot water available from the bathroom sink in the evening to wash my hands and face. And on a cold winter morning, I would have preferred a warm shower to the frigid shower that was available. I was also very surprised that, when I checked out in the morning, the person at reception did not seem phased nor sympathetic when I told her that there was no hot water at any time of the day in our hotel room. It seemed as if she hears this news all the time. "
