「This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!」

"Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S.

"The room is clean and tidy, and conveniently located near the train station. The space is ideal for one person. However, the Wi-Fi connection is poor, and the chair in the room is too heavy. I would suggest replacing it with a lighter one."

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
