“I encountered a major loss prior to arriving at the property! I spoke to multiple staff members who understood the need for me to change my travel arrangements and they were more than willing to assist my family and I! We arrived 2 days later and it was a great welcoming experience! The twins were wonderful as well as the staff! “I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
