" Very basic room but expensive. Asked for a sheet for the bunk bed but they didn’t provide one. Asked for an extra pillow but they didn’t provide one. Minimal info given at checkin. "

"Our room had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. I was able to purchase food at the market just steps away from the hotel, & the kitchen had all the basics for preparing meals. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, & it's a short bus ride away from Coogee Beach. A 5-minute walk to the light rail puts you on the line going directly to Darling Harbour & other sights. We arrived early, & they were able to hold our bags for us while we waited for our room. The room was ready right on time. They accommodated us when we requested an extra night. No complaints at all about our stay!"
