"Gentleman who checked us in was super nice and very helpful. Room & bathroom clean. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was very good. Had a variaty of fresh selections and the lady attending it did an awesome job with keeping the area clean and refilling items."

"We loved the property! The facility is very well renovated, and the staff was very nice! It was full of history, and very interesting for us traveling as a couple. The vinyl record player and the collections were very cool!!! I would recommend to anyone who would like to explore the city have a have good time."

"The room was clean and the service staff were excellent. We had an inside room that overlooked the lobby so it could be quite noisy at times. The water slides were great with the exception of the Wolf's Tail, It regularly has mechanical issues in fact I was in it when it happened the first time and then again when my time was next. Very frustrating. Everything is kid/family centric and if you have toddlers and kids under 10 that is the sweet spot...lot's of activities. I was disappointed that there was no outside pool. We stayed in the Niagara Falls, CN property last time and the pool gave the place a real resort vibe and had tons of things happening there throughout the day. If they ever do expand, that would be the number one thing on my wish list."

"Found out about this place on TikTok and it is a must see! It’s way better in person than any photos I’ve seen. The chalets are roomy, have all the amenities needed, very clean, I could go on and on with great things to say! Staff was very friendly and helpful when asking questions. Next visit will be for more than one night for sure!"

"The hotel was great by most accounts. However, apparently there was a leak when I bathed and it leaked downstairs. Our complaint was maintenance making repairs at 8am without any notice. We were literally in the bed when the whole floor started shaking and the loudness of the tools to go through the ceiling. I'm glad they were making repairs but having us move rooms BEFORE waking us up so abruptly would have been better."

"The room was clean. Trying to find electric sockets behind the head of bed was difficult but doable, barely. Sometimes the toilet required a few attempts for complete emptying. Beds were clean and comfortable. No breakfast was served, as such, but there were a few munchies. I believe this motel had just been puchased, and there were signs of ongoing renovations that probably will result in much higher ratings in a month."
