"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Good location, just 10 minutes walk from train station; however, getting to the lobby was a little difficult, i had to go thru the mall to get there. By the way, the mall was right next yo the hotel."

Lovely experience
"A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly."

Good luck it could be wonderful.
"Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. ..."
