"When I checked in I had to take a handicap lift to the bottom floor. There was an elevator but it didn’t go down. Breakfast was subpar. I only had a coffee because was uncomfortable eating other items. I will be back in 6/6 on my way home. I hope that I will be able to enjoy my stay then"

"The worst hotel I ever stayed at. The toilet leaked, the sink was stopped up, and the sheets were dirty. Outside the room sat a overflowed trash can that reeked. We complained to the front desk staff, and she was rude, and disrespectful. She stated the issue would be corrected. When we return the sink and toilet still was not working properly. We asked for a refund and she stated she couldn’t help us, so we stated we would be leaving. She checked us out and but would not record that we were not satisfied. There were others unhappy and the police were called., and only then did we receive the email to complain. I would not recommend, and definitely will not return. I have every plan on calling the health department with this complaint and pictures."

"The staff members were good especially the cooks, bar attendant and waffle maker. The day manager was very friendly. The food was ok. I just like bacon better than sausage. Their chicken wings were very good. Housekeeping fell very short. Our room was not cleaned the entire stay. The bathroom was cleaned only on the last day before our departure. We only got cleaned towels when asked and only cleaned face cloths one day. The sheets were never changed. We spoke to the day manager and the front desk employee each day and nothing changed. Other day cleaning our rooms daily and providing face cloths, our stay was ok."

"The staff was great, it’s very convenient to the airport & our room was comfortable, but the place didn’t feel very clean. The lobby area, lobby bathrooms, public hall ways were not well kept. Our bedding was very comfortable & clean, but other areas of the room had stains & just seemed not up to par for a Hilton property. Of course the prices at the convenient market are offensively high."

"We had to wait for the "free shuttle" for almost an hour and it didn't show up. So we had to pay for the transportation. The two ladies receptionist didn't at least say "sorry" The room wasn't clean and we reported that to another receptionist the next day who changed the room with another one which was a little bit cleaner. The food was good and the lady who serve at the restaurant was very nice and helpful. There was a nice guy who took care of our luggage and provided us with a delicious ice-cream in the second day."
