“The lodge was lovely only just starting to look a bit worn. Towels, utensils, welcome tea & coffee were all much appreciated.”

“Situated in the back street of a residential estate. Surrounded by loud activity outside. People congregated close by revving their car. Cars driving past and hearing everything happening outside made me feel unsafe. I didn’t stay. I left immediately. ”

“A lovely location, lodges have a large living space, kitchen is well kitted out and the bedrooms are a very good size. Hot tub was clean and a good extra for each lodge. The lodges do look a little tired inside, some new furniture would certainly enhance the look and comfort. Overall we had a nice relaxing stay.”

“Really enjoyed our stay, lovely accommodation and good facilities in the lodge (bathroom was really good). Grounds were great, lots of wild flowers, lodges were well spaced out, staff very helpful. Lodge was very clean when we arrived and everything worked as it should apart from a remote control to the lounge TV and the wall clock needing new batteries. The only negatives were a very creaky bed, the mattress was quite soft and is probably getting to the point where it will need replacing soon……
