Starting from the manager, Kai, who checked us in and explained everything about the property to us, to the service staff who brought us water, the staff who started the fire in our room and the the waiter who served us during the meals. “This hotel is absolutely horrible! It is incredibly overpriced, at the same rate as a Luxury Hotel, but they have service comparable to a Motel in Rural Alabama. Voor onze safari naar de Golden Monkeys was het een heel goede locatie, ook voor de Gorilla safari in Rwanda is het een goede plek. “We were only here for one night, but Frances was a great host. The room as clean and comfortable, and he provided a good breakfast. We opted not to go to Volcanoes National Park, but Frances provided us with a great guide, who took us to Twin Lakes. On that trip we met MANY wonderful Rwandans out in the countryside, and saw beautiful scenery. The next morning our guide, Janvier, took us to the park where the baby gorilla naming ceremony is held, then out into the countryside again. FANTASTIC!”
