“My familly stayed at the property for a wedding in Meredith and the location and proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. We enjoyed having plenty of room to cook and eat together, sit out on the deck and converse and ended each evening around the fire pit with s'mores! This property is perfect for a quiet famiy gathering but I would not recommend it for a large……

Had a great time here, house was clean and had all Amenities needed. 20 min from skiing so we were able to go almost everyday even for just a few hours since it was so close by. Cooked most the meals there good supply of pots and pans and utensils.”

The owners have thought of everything, drawers are labeled, nothing is left to chance, everything is squeaky clean YET it feels like home. We stayed at Benton House the weekend my daughter defended her PhD at Dartmouth and the owners were kind enough to allow a small get-together at the house. The property is park like yet centrally located and a quick rail trail walk to Lucky’s (home of the best breakfast sandwich in the world)……

“Beautiful home with wide open garage with easy access. Home was just perfect for our family. My girls loved the room with twin beds and my husband and I appreciated the king master bedroom. Not much for a yard but we didn’t care about that. Easy access to highway, Dunkin and grocery stores. New Hampton is a beautiful town! Thanks for sharing your home with us!”

“Eight of us rode the Kanc and used this house as basecamp, we each ranked it five out of five stars. The living room is awesome and with the windows open the sound of the raging river was the icing on the cake. Kitchen and peninsula made socializing while cooking a breeze. The deck and Adirondack style chairs were the perfect place to relax and hang out after our big ride. Clean, fun layout, and exactly what we were hoping for. We will be back!”
