“My first impression was disappointing. The check‑in attendants were not welcoming and did not provide clear instructions. Wayfinding around the resort was extremely difficult—signage was poor, staff directions were confusing, and you often had to walk outside the resort just to avoid getting lost.
There was no entertainment or daytime activities for adults besides getting in the pool, which closed at 6 PM along with most of the resort. That is very early, especially for adults who expect……
