“The receptionist was extremely friendly and accomodating. Her name should be Cathy. The room was neat and tidy. All in all, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, there was a very strong unpleasant smell outside. I’m guessing this may be because the hotel is close to the refinery, but the smell continued inside the hotel as well. Even when we got to our room, it still smelled bad. The hotel really needs a better air purification system. Our room was also located very far at the back of the hotel on the second floor, so it was a long walk to get there. When we mentioned the……

“Front desk staff were good. We left mid morning and came back mid afternoon and our room hadn’t been cleaned after our first of two nights. We grabbed some towels from the ladies with the cleaning carts. Breakfast was the usual. Parking was fine. ”

“The breakfast menu was very fresh! The hot tub was very warm but over run and very loud with a bunch of kids so we were only there for 15 minutes the first night and did t even use it the second night because of all the kids. Very disappointed that we weren't able to relax in the hot tub which is what we were all really looking forward to”

“Appears the hotel Is under renovations but it doesn’t appear like they are. Room was tidy and clean but very aged. Wallpaper peeling back, blinds partially broken, evidence of leak in the closet. Overall a good stay as none of these issues impacted our stay.”

“We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again. ”
