No maid service, concierge floor breakfast is very limited, no dining services available from 10am-6, elevators to parkade very dirty, hotel needs thorough cleaning and maintenance. Had to leave hotel too frequently to get services, rather than stay and give them the business. Very unfortunate hotel is no longer what it used to be.

Decor was a bit dated but that added to the character of the place a bit. The staff were really nice - very helpful and eager to assist, which I appreciated. Reasonably priced as well.

I found it deceptive that parking is for hotel guests and public, yet the hotel rate is $25 and public rate is $10.
