“Hot tub and pool were unavailable, room was clean, staff was good, and the breakfast was not quite as good as it once was (I think a few products changed due to availability or price). “The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend.”

“The staff were friendly and our room was clean. It wasn’t ready when we checked in so we did have to wait a few minutes. Great location, and price.”

“Hotel appeared run-down, it was mostly clean, but definitely showed its age. Rooms were ok, did see a stain on the mattress. Breakfast was not much vs other hotels I’ve stayed at that offer hot breakfast. Bread was stale.”

“When we arrived, neither the outdoor or indoor pool was open. We were told it would open at 9pm, it did not. This was also two years in a row that the waterpark wasn't open. Opened up the sofa bed- the mattress was so old, there was no support. The springs were sticking out of the mattress- it was not able to be slept on due to it being that uncomfortable. Tried to call the front desk for more towels- followed the instructions on the phone to reach the front desk, but it would not go……
