“Better than expected for the price. Nothing extraordinary however it was clean, felt secure and safe, the owners were attentive and made it clear to reach out if we needed anything. Shared bathroom wasn’t the nicest but it was pretty clean and did the job absolutely. Heating in the room so wasn’t cold. Good overall !”

“Easy check in and perfect location. Hotel had everything for a night away.”

“Very good and excellent service ”

“Pretty good breakfast, nice and modern room, location is not the greatest. It is near the universities.”

“Room tidy Not too spacious ”

“The room is clean, though the overall size is slightly small.”

“Always a clean hotel, great staff and incredible vibes”

“有禮貌，房間整潔”

“All staff are very helpful. the room is well size n breakfast is good”

“Great location”

“The staff here are lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location ideal for accessing the Co-op Live arena. The reason I only gave it 3 stars was because the air con/heater unit in my room was rattling, clicking and banging all night. Tried switching it off but it just kept rattling anyway and it was too cold not to have the heating on. I barely slept, horrendous night. I told the guy at the desk when I checked out, received an apology and a promise to get maintenance……

“酒店地點很方便，睡牀舒適。樓層高景觀幾好。可惜Check in時職員 態度一般沒笑容沒禮貌。房間水壺咖啡機和水杯都鋪着灰塵。洗手間來水流很慢，花灑區去水很慢。”

“Very clean and quiet room. The hotel is situated right next to Manchester One building. Great location within walking distance to high street and Piccadilly. Will book this hotel again for my next trip to Manchester.”

“職員明顯歧視亞洲人，我係Hilton Gold Member，佢都將我間房編咗去新翼遠離主翼，對正進作中嘅地盤，我同佢哋反應噪音時，職員答我全部房都係向果個方向，我要求換高層房間佢哋回答無房，面對球場方向房間要加50%房價，但我其他英國人同事黎到之後唔單止唔洗去新翼，仲免費升級向球場方向房間”

“This is a strange hotel - it excels in some thing and disappoints in others. Breakfast really good, but some of the seats were extremely worn and tattered. In the room, the furniture seemed old, scratched, and marked - which I wasn’t expecting given the price. On the other hand, the pool was amazing. The a/c wasn’t working and I requested a fix in the morning. It wasn’t fixed by evening. However, the man who came to fix was super helpful! I’d submitted a request before arriving, and the……

“The room was too small to even open a suitcase; hardly 40cm space between the bed and the wall and the windows so that operating the curtains was a bit of a faff. The ventilation did not follow the set temperatures and was incredibly noisy. The hairdryer was efficient but I didn't manage to get power from the socket near the mirror and ended up brushing my hair sat on the bed, using the socket that was by the tiny bedside table. Other room equipment included a water heater and coffee&tea, a……
