「The staff were great but the room itself wasn’t good at all. The dining table and chairs were broken, the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall, I couldn’t give my kids a bath cause the stopper on the tub wouldn’t go down. There were earwigs and silver fish all through the bathrooms. The carpet smelled like sour milk. I honestly wasn’t even slightly happy. 」

「While others were right saying you would be pushed onto Concierge after check in to sign up for the presentation, I simply said "I kindly decline" and was never asked again or even pushed with follow-up questions. I felt zero pressure to sign up or attend anything. The staff was exceptionally kind and very helpful even though we would not be attending any presentation. With that being said, the property is nice but our room was VERY outdated. Cabinets were sticky and unclean, my feet/socks were...
