“I had a terrible experience staying at the Clarion Hotel. The pictures online looked NOTHING like the actual property. Upon arrival, I honestly thought I had pulled up to a motel instead of a hotel. I will say the front desk clerk during check-in was very nice and friendly, which was probably the only positive part of the stay. About 30 minutes after getting into our room, a roach came crawling across the wall. I immediately called the front desk to notify them and asked if someone could spray……

“We always stay here during our travels as we pass through. Nice college town with good restaurants.”

“Absolutely ”

“I visited with my father who is a double amputee. We stayed in separate rooms because he lives by himself. He stayed in a handicapped room. No handicapped rooms are on the first floor. If there was a fire, how would he get down the stairs when the sign on the back of the door says “in case of fire, use the stairs.” Also the doors were so heavy he could barely get in and out of his room by himself. Next time we go to Nashville we will find a more handicapped accessible hotel.”

“I thought sleep inns were a fairly nice hotel. This one was incredibly outdated and the bathroom gave me the ick. I coudve stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. Won't stay here again. ”

“It was nice having the kitchen although we didn't us it to cook. Parking was great. Our room was close to door the exited to one of the parking lots.”

“Beautiful lobby and rooms. So clean and well maintained! Friendly, helpful staff! Great hot breakfast. Will stay here again!”

“Staff not helpful at all. I reserved a king room, when checking in I was told there were only kings on the second floor and would have to use the stairs. My husband has lung cancer and cannot climb the stairs. I was told we would have to take a double on the first floor, I asked if I would get a refund for the difference in prices and she stated no because there is a king available on the second floor. This motel is not accommodating to people with disabilities. Also the room was not very clean,……
