「Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...

「For a one night stay it was decent. The hotel does need updating but the room was comfortable. As others have mentioned the breakfast area is crowded. The “lobby” bathroom is on the first floor, but the main level is on the second floor.」
