「We were only at this property overnight and found the location to be perfect. Room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I would like to recommend they get larger pillows because they felt extremely small. Highly recommend the property.」

「Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...
