“ Very comfortable and clean room. Fabulous shower. The staff were lovely too. Continental breakfast was superb. Roof top bar area and plunge pool were a lovely extra. Area around hotel not great, but its not hotels fault. General street cleanliness around Naples is very poor. As a non smoker I find the act of smoking offensive, along with the disposal of cigarette ends. Which were unfortunately disposed of in the planters hanging off our balconies. ”

“Hotel Sam Michele is well located, clean and affordable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about things to do and public transportation. The breakfast buffet is diverse and tasty. ”

“The hotel is terrible in general though it has fantastic view from the balcony and pretty good breakfast. It is a very old hotel. The problem is that the room is of no aircon or fan so that literally there is no air ventilation inside the room if you do not open the balcony door.”

“I stay there 5 nights, I don’t think the quality of be 4 stars. The rooms are old & dusty. Unexpected a DIY shower show up in the hotel not the slum. The breakfast was disappointing, chaos buffet table, boiled egg from fridge, no choice other than the sweets. Rude waitress of the dinner restaurant let me lost the mood to enjoy the poor-quality dinner. Staff at reception are friendly & helpful, but overcharge of minibar was found on the bill. The hotel made my holiday be murk, I won’t be……

“Loved the location for walking to VATICAN & “HOP On HOP off “bus. We were able to store our luggage after check out until we were ready to depart via taxi to the train station. Complimentary city map to find our way around ROME & nearby attractions. Care room rate also. We stayed at 4/23& 4/24”
