“Room was clean, the decor was in need of a refresh. The carpet on the stairs leading up to the rooms is very off putting and had me worried about the room itself. So I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was ok, plenty of hot water and the shower was great. Breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant. ”

“We had a deluxe room with a patio. The room was large, but very dated and with stains and scuffs throughout. The patio was private (we weren't aware of that) so our bedroom opens up directly onto a shared patio which meant we couldnt have our curtains open to admire the view. The coffee machine was missing from our room as well.
The spa was nice, but very small. It was overcrowded when we went with people queuing inside the spa for beds / steam room, and also queuing to access the spa.
