"Everything was great other than communication for check in. The link I was sent was broken and the host never responded to phone calls or voice messages or emails to give us the information. We managed to find the actual property by identifying it from photos, we then had to phone around to get the key code as we sat outside the property. This needs to be improved "

"Fantastic accommodation that provides everything you need for a girls weekend away. Beautifully furnished (Hamptons feel) with perfect entertaining space inside and out. Hot tub was a great addition to use day and evening. Lots of comfy seating to relax on for the 6 of us. Surrounding area is beautiful to visit and for walks. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful weekend."

"The Barbados lodge was perfectly located, overlooking the pond. Itâ€™s 3 bedroom - a double and a twin & then a 3rd smaller room with bunk beds thatâ€™s only suitable for kids. We had teenagers in these beds and they did say they werenâ€™t the comfiest beds - so maybe better suited to slightly younger children. The main beds were very comfortable. We did not need to use the heating but the lodges were warm overnight. The lodge was spotlessly clean and the decor was lovely. The veranda area was...

"An amazing property. Clean, spacious and provided everything needed for our stay. A lovely welcome basket with crisps, coffee and biscuits for us with milk and chilled water in the fridge. Also, some biscuit treats for our dog who enjoyed the freedom of exploring the enclosed deck. Comfortable beds and accommodation. My partner enjoyed the PS4 whilst I relaxed with a book. "We have booked again to go to the same lodge as it was lovely, just a bit of constructive criticism, little tired in bathroom, shower head doesnâ€™t stay in position and slips down and a few broken items such as one sink plug missing and door lock, couple of tiles lifting. Would recommend having a couple of plastic glasses already in lodge to have around hot tub area rather than having to go up to Spencer to get them, also hooks on the outside of lodge near hot tub to hang towels."
