“Being a frequent traveller I've stayed in many B&B in Europe and Asia. But so far this is the best B&B I've ever stayed in my life. We arrived late due to traffic jam but the host stayed up and helped us with the check in. We have lots of luggages so the host upgrades our room to a spacious Purple butterfly without any additional charge. The breakfast every morning is delicious, fresh and abundant with lots of variety, we brought along a 3-year-old and the host even prepare additional donuts……

“Overall the house was clean and very organized. We encountered few issues in the beginning. First was that the host was not accessible until half an hour before check in. I did not receive any check in check out instruction or email. I had some questions about an extra guest charge on the receipt and this was not addressed. But aside that panic attack that I got for checking in and doubting if this booking is real even or not, positive points are that it is a spacious and very clean villa. The……

“There is a beautiful garden. We could have breakfast and enjoy the view at the same time. The hotel hosts are really nice and always smile. The breakfast is boring and not enough. The sound isolation is so bad. We could hear the sound of faucet, water dripping, clop-clop, talking, and so on. The parking lot is crowded. The kitchen is not opening for use. No water dispenser. Walking to the Niagara falls will spend about 10 minutes. ”

“Everything about the hotel room was amazing, truly! The parking cost is wild though, which brings my star rating down. I decided to park at a local motel to save $. Hopefully they can review their parking costs to make this more affordable for their guests in the future. Also, do not go to the Starbucks in the hotel - their prices are much higher and they charge an additional tax. 2 drinks and 2 pastries was $39!”

“首先前台服務員給我們極高樓層瀑佈景觀房間，再者每晚晚上10 時在房間也能看到煙花，真是很棒。雖然酒店房間很寬敞，但看起來已有相當歷史。房間沒有樽裝水供應，也沒有熱水壺煲水。不過可以向前台或housekeeping 取一個。我個人認為酒店早餐只是一般，選擇唔多。第二天約早9時去吃早餐，有些食物都唔refill。除非自駕或買WeGo bus card，否則去酒店交通唔方便。”

“Motel room was very clean with up-to-date modern furniture/fixtures, comfortable bed with nice soft linens. Large clean bathroom and towels. Lots of parking spots and the staff were helpful and friendly. The Motel on-premise cafe food was very good. The Kent Motel is in a good location to the historic downtown, Shaw Festival Theatre, restaurants and wineries. Couple of Suggestions: Add a coffee maker in the rooms; we could not enjoy an early morning coffee until 8:00am as that is when the……
