"Best airport hotel experience so far. Right next to Haneda airport T3. Easy access to a shopping mall with a variety of shops and restaurants. Spacious family room with a sizeable onsen at additional yet reasonable charge. Great options for breakfast. Reception and luggage concierge staff were very polite and helpful with good proficiency in English. Will indeed stay here again."

Location and transportation are good.
Yet the facilities in room are quite the old. I got draining problem in bath room. The sink is a bit clogged."
