I loved everything about my stay. From the greeting on arrival, to the lovely room which has been given so much thought from design to the little things left for the guest, ear buds for example. The corridors give a great feel. The staff are super friendly and smiley. I loved it more than many hotels i have stayed.

Very central for all tourise sites, shopping, station mand amenities. Room a decent size and comfortable bed. We stayed in room 213 which is directly above the conference room and they tend to move furniture late at night (after 10/11pm) to set up for next day, which would disturb sleep. Parking very nearby, which was helpful.

I have stayed here before and every time I’ve stayed here it’s been such a wonderful experience. The staff is always nice and helpful and answers all our questions. The rooms are clean and well stocked with toiletries. Overall, I will continue to stay here whenever I visit Den Bosch.

Excellent level of comfort especially the bed. Great central location with car parking available (cheaper then local street rates). Good range of TV channels. Only negative, no bottled water in the room.

Great location

Great location in the pedestrian area. Weird entrance from a back street (the entrance of the hotel restaurant is on the main square, but they don't let you use it for the hotel). Don't book the extra small rooms, they are really extra small, and not significantly cheaper than the larger rooms. Hotel garage is quite convenient even if it has no direct elevator to the hotel.

Highly recommended

The atmosphere is friendly, cozy, very clean and comfortable. Wonderful customer service. Hotel itself is set right in the heart of Den Bosch, which is a very unique and beautilful town, just under 10 mins walk to the train station and bus lines. Unique restaurants with fine dining and some high end boutiques with supermarkets close by. Was there for buisness and would definitely like to come back again!

Loved my stay at this hotel. Best room I have stayed in for quite a while. Large room with ample seating options. Good blackout curtains. Nice decor (saw two rooms on different floors and both were nice - not boring beige. Wonderful location - right in the heart of towna dn easy walk from train/bus station. Staff Excelletnt. Fabulous in room amentities. Loved the breakfast room. If I had to say negatives it would be - Toilet paper quality very poor which was a surprise given how nice everything else was. Also TV channels - very limited. But these are minor things I would happily stay here or at another hotel owned by the same company.
