“没有电梯，工作人员帮忙提行李。楼梯很窄。安排的房间临街，很吵。路上感觉不太安全。”

“We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. Our room was facing the street, it was annoying whenever cars passing by at the night, apart from that the hotel services was good, the girls at reception were kind and helpful , the location of the hotel is quite central ”

“The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The common area was perfect for enjoying takeout meals and supplied plastic utensils and extra toiletries and linens if needed. The check-in process was easy and entrance was secure. The staff was courteous. The only thing that was less than optimal is that homeless individuals tended to sleep and hang out on the stoop right in front of the entrance, which might make some guests uncomfortable.”

“What an interesting place to stay in SF. The owner and assistant were so much fun, interesting and helpful. In a location in mid-south ish part of the city close to everything we wanted to do. We will recommend this spot to anyone that wants a bed and breakfast and/or something with tremendous history, nice room and bathroom with everything you could need. ”

“The room was spotless, the design and finishes were fantastic, and it was a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Castro in San Francisco. The staff were super helpful and got back to me quickly. Expedia had a $34 food credit on my reservation, but the hotel couldn’t use it, so the staff mentioned they’re looking into a refund.”

“Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!”
