"This is a lovely hotel and I will definitely stay here again. Staff is very courteous and helpful. My only issue was that I have a disability that keeps my from using stairs and our room was only accessible by going up stairs or using a weird freight elevator which was constantly not working. I also wish I had been told I could access more areas by going out through the garage. Other than that, the room and staff were lovely, I highly recommend."

"The bed in the pillows were very comfortable, and the room was clean however, all in the halls and outside it was filthy dirty. Lots of noise and door slamming constantly. Bri at the front desk was very helpful, Ariana in the restaurant lied to us and told us that we couldn’t go across the street to his sister hotel, and get breakfast that everybody had to come over to Soma. she wanted to get people to come over and pay for breakfast instead of having a free breakfast.. I wouldn’t stay there again next time I’m in San Francisco.. The location was good but other than that…. No thank you"

"Terrible hotel, smelled musty, bed was horrible! Literally was just springs and hurt every time I tried to turn over. It was very cold and we asked for extra pillows and a blanket and they gave us some sort of thin bed cover that would slide right off. There was loud construction going on right outside our window and when we asked about moving rooms they said the only one they had available was worse than the room we had. So we had to stay in that smelly room with the worse bed I have ever slept in! Worst hotel stay ever!!"

"I stayed at Hilton Financial District in San Francisco with my family of four. We arrived around midday, and I do appreciate that the staff accommodated an early check-in by 1:30 PM, which was helpful after travel. However, I was quite surprised and disappointed to learn that our booking (made through Expedia) did not guarantee rooms on the same floor. As we were traveling with children, this was an important consideration for us. At check-in, we were informed that if we wanted rooms on the same floor, we would need to pay an additional fee. This put us in a difficult position, and we felt compelled to pay extra to ensure our family could stay close together. It was frustrating, as this was not clearly communicated during the booking process, and it reduced the value of booking through Expedia. Overall, while the staff were courteous, I would strongly recommend that families confirm room arrangements in advance and that the hotel (or booking platforms) be more transparent about such policies."
