"My parent had a good time at the hotel - it is convenient and conformable. The service is good. Only with a little issue - my parents are had buffet breakfast with the package included with the hotel. They shared it is very complicated the staff keep checking their room number. My parents don’t speak good English and so they were so frustrated. "

"The hotel looks quite new overall, but the experience was disappointing. The soundproofing is extremely poor—our room had a connecting door to the next room (which we never requested), and we could clearly hear even the smallest conversations from our neighbors. Staff refused to change our room despite the noise issue. The swimming pool is also very small, more like a foot-soaking pool than a real pool. Other than the new environment, the lack of proper sound insulation made the stay very uncomfortable."
