「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

Love the decoration on the room, really spacious, and AC works perfectly. Juliet the host was very friendly, her instructions very clear, and she always reply fast. The place is nearby by the arena. 「Beautiful hotel outside Verona. The staff were helpful and the menu was great in the restaurant. After a week of running around Venice and Florence sightseeing, it was wonderful to relax in the pool, enjoy the views and unwind. Staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room. Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease.
