“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

The location has to offer some of the best views in town which are simply stunning. “Charmigt litet hotell där vi bott ett antal gånger. Personalen är verkligen serviceminded. Det bästa är ändå den fantastiska utsikten direkt mot stranden/havet förutsatt man bokar ett Superior-rum. Helt klart värt de extra pengarna. Bra o varierad frukost. Tom bra bröd för att vara vid Medelhavet. Många bra restauranger runt om i Port de Sóller som är en väldigt mysig by/stad. Många fina vandringsområden i närområdet. ”
