「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「The room was gorgeous, and the entire building looks like it came out of a fairytale! The patio is so peaceful- breakfast was also amazing and the staff were wonderful. Very kind, accommodating, and answered any questions I had promptly. Would highly recommend Hotel Casa Bougainvillea.」

För att vara avsides med önskad känsla av enskildhet kände vi att vi hamnade lite väl nära de som bodde ovan vars balkong hängde rakt ner/in på på vår uteplats, men ok då vi inte nyttjade uteplatsen mer än till frukost. 「The hotel was very peaceful, though within easy reach of a tram stop to either Soller or the port. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the dinner menu had limited options, the food was very good and the breakfast buffet had a huge choice. The mountain views were spectacular, even during a thunderstorm!」

「Felt thay this was not a 4 star property and expensive. Swimming pool was off site and not open until 11am. Poor decore in hallways and needs updating. Though clean and comfortable beds. Perfect location and view if you get a sea facing room.」

「This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. So you got the privacy you needed plus the proximity you want. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel rooms were big, clean and fully updated. If you are looking for a boutique style hotel in a nice area where you can relax and explore, this is the hotel. Oh and don’t forget to ask about the spa! Overall, I will be...

「Awful experience. This hotel should be a ONE star. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and resorts in my life and this has to be one of the worst experiences. I wasn’t alone during my check in, as there was a cockroach checking in beside me on the lobby floor. I told the front desk immediately… the bathroom was full of insects (silverfish), cockroach on my balcony, and despite the hotel advertising that they had Air Conditioning, the AC was not yet turned on (apparently they turn it on in May)....
