Very nice people working here. Unfortunately the hotel had cleanliness issues and several instances of roaches in the room. When house keeping comes in they do not actually clean. They make beds and replace towels but no actual cleaning. Dirty surfaces remained uncleaned.

We had the best stay at this hotel. Anna, the owner was so nice and welcoming!! She helped us with the activities, gave us a map of Sa Pa, booked us a private car for an activity day. She offers motobike renting for a decent price. The room was awesome, super clean, hair dryer, kettle, flip flop, tv, Ac/heater included. Very fair price, the area is also close to everything, walkable to any places. Will definitely rebook at the same hotel if we go back to this city. Recommend a lot.

생긴지 얼마 안된 숙소라 깨끗했어요! 동남아 숙소는 벌레 나오는 경우가 많아서 걱정했는데 벌레 한마리 보지 못했습니다. 그리고 사파가 추운편인데 히터가 나와서 정말 좋았어요! 인포에 계신분 항상 인사해주시고 엄청 친절했어요:) 추천합니다
