Incredible farm in Mallorca with a large land extension ideal for relaxing without any worries. The Villa del Nord Farm has a spacious garden with a 10x5m pool where you can cool off and a sunbed area under a porch for shade.
On the upper terrace you can also enjoy the tranquility and beautiful view of the fields and windmills of Sa Pobla and the impressive mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana. The lower terrace has a barbecue, ideal for cooking outdoors.
Inside the house there are three very bright rooms and two modern bathrooms. All rooms are double rooms, with parquet floors, large wardrobes and excellent views. The main bedroom has access to the terrace with a porch and has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and the third with two single beds.
The sofa and dining room are located in a large, open, spacious and modern room. Satellite TV with over 1,000 channels, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and fireplace are available.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and more kitchen appliances that facilitate self-sufficiency and with which you can enjoy an unrepeatable culinary experience.
The high ceiling construction of the house ensures good air circulation and a cool climate in summer inside the house. Good insulation and the modern fireplace ensure warmth and comfort in winter.
Sa Pobla is a municipality in the northern part of the island of Mallorca. The people of this region have always lived mainly from agriculture, so the location of Villa del Nord is ideal for enjoying the tranquility and authenticity of the Mallorcan countryside. The proximity to the s'Albufera nature reserve also makes it an excellent destination for cyclists and hikers.
The neighboring towns (Sa Pobla, Muro, Playa Muro, Can Picafort, Alcúdia and Pollença) also deserve a visit and offer a variety of leisure and cultural activities.

Zeer mooie accomodatie
Het is een zeer mooie accommodatie met een zeer rustige ligging. Ideaal om het eiland te verkennen.
Enkel de toegangsweg naar de accommodatie is in slechte staat. Verder alles tip top in orde.

Schöne Finca auf dem Lande
Wir haben unsere Elternzeit in Sa Pobla verbracht und die Finca für 4 Wochen im Mai angemietet. Das Inserat zur Finca und die Realität stimmten überein. Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Objekt und dem Grundstück. Das Haus bietet alles, was man zum Leben benötigt und ist großzügig eingerichtet.
Zu "bemängeln" (auf hohem Niveau) haben wir lediglich zwei Punkte: da wir 4 Wochen dort lebten, war zwischendurch natürlich auch mal eine Reinigung nötig, hierfür wäre noch ein Staubsauger von Vorteil gewesen (vorhanden waren mehrere Besen, Wischmop, Eimer, Putzmittel, Lappen etc). , da mit zwei kleinen Kindern der Boden durchaus mit Krümeln gesegnet war und da macht sich eben ein Staubsauger zur Reinigung besser. Der 2. Punkt wäre die Duschkabine im großen Badezimmer. Die Düsen weisen schon diverse Kalkanhaftungen auf und der montierte Duschsitz ist arg verrostet. Hier könnte es also mal eine kleine Erneuerung geben.
Ansonsten war der Hausbesitzer sehr nett und engagiert. Er reinigte regelmäßig den Pool und das sehr gründlich und kümmerte sich sonst auch sehr gut um das Grundstück, welches sehr gepflegt war. War etwas defekt, wurde es sofort getauscht. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl und verlebten schöne 4 Wochen. Wir würden eigentlich 4,5 Sterne geben, aber leider ist das hier nicht möglich.

Absolut super Haus
Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Der Pool ist der Hammer. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und an jedem Fenster sind Mosquito Netze angebracht, sofern man, wie dieses Jahr, welche braucht. Vom Eigentümer, der den Pool jeden zweiten Tag gesäubert hat, gab es aus seinem Garten noch frisches Gemüse. Absolut super. Alle sehr nett vor Ort. Mietwagen zwingend notwendig und wenn man sich in Sa Pobla nicht gut auskennt, Navi an, sonst findet man die Finca beim erstenmal nur mühsam. Ansonsten beneiden wir jeden, der dieses Haus nach uns besuchen wird und bleiben darf. Wir können es voll und ganz weiter empfehlen! Hier fehlt es an nichts.

Tolles Haus
Sehr schönes Haus. Riesiges Grundstück. Man hat seine Ruhe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Tischtennisplatte ist in Ordnung, hat aber einen kleinen Schaden auf der Platte und ein Fuß ist kaputt. Man kann aber super drauf spielen. Alles andere war einfach super. TV und Internet laufen. HDMI kann man anschließen. Klimaanlagen sind top. Bäder waren auch super.
Wir können es empfehlen!

Sehr schön - mit kleinen Abstrichen
+ sehr großer gut gepflegter Garten
+ ruhige (etwas abgelegene) Lage
+ modern und stilvoll eingerichtet
+/- Wasserschaden an der Dusche, man hat sich aber umgehend um die Reparatur gekümmert.
- einige kleiner Defekte an der Einrichtung (Sonnenliege, Tischtennistisch, Küchenzeile)
- Pool (Randabdeckung) wirkt schon etwas abgenutzt
- Pool-Boden hätte etwas sauberer gereinigt sein können (Schmutz und Insekten)
